At Valencia Theater Seating, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our luxury home cinema furniture. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery provided the items are in original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge support team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the seating is securely repacked in its original factory packaging with all internal protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Inspection

  Our logistics partner will coordinate a convenient time to collect the items; once received at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the goods.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Upon successful inspection, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees, within 7-10 business days.
